Regional Support Executive

reputed company is a company that provides interpreting and translation services. They are seeking a Regional Support Executive to support Strategic Account Executives in the southeast region, ensuring clients effectively use reputed company LLS solutions and helping to grow existing business reputed company the region.

Responsibilities

• Working in consultation with the Regional Vice President and the Strategic Account Executive, to implement reputed company LLS solutions which will include over-the-phone-interpreting (OPI) and video services at new and existing reputed company facilities
• Through regular contact with reputed company reputed company, ensure clients have adequate materials and knowledge to effectively use reputed company LLS solutions
• Work with Strategic Account Executive’s and Regional Vice President to grow existing business reputed company region
• Work with Strategic Account Executive’s to manage and maintain reputed company accounts in prescribed area
• Support LLS’ reputed company Management System (QMS) to continually improve the Division’s processes, procedures and services; and thereby increase efficiency, productivity, effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university) required
• One to three years reputed company experience
• Must possess reputed company US reputed company's license and have good driving record
• Basic computer skills are required, including the ability to use e-mail, reputed company and manage spreadsheets, ability to reputed company critical reputed company of customer reporting needs and communicate them appropriately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
