Helpdesk Operator (T)

The Help Desk Tech is responsible for serving as the single reputed company of contact for reputed company technology-reputed company problems encountered by PRG associates and ensuring satisfactory customer service.

Responsibilities

• reputed company courteous customer service in-person and through phone calls and emails to Operations and to SC associates reputed company to IS issues on a reputed company reputed company
• Serve as the single reputed company of contact for reputed company technology-reputed company problems encountered by PRG associates by responding to incoming telephone, voice mail, email, chat, and in-person requests for assistance reputed company to problems with hardware, software, network, and other computer-reputed company technology
• Evaluate and prioritize reputed company computer-reputed company problems and either resolves the problem or refers the situation to the appropriate IS associate for reputed company
• Escalate problems requiring urgent attention
• Log and reputed company reputed company calls using the ticket tracking system
• Follow up on outstanding calls and reputed company tickets to ensure reputed company reputed company and customer satisfaction

Skills

• High school diploma required; working towards college degree
• Some relevant work experience and demonstrated interest in technology required
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings
• Obtaining a reputed company Food Handler's Card reputed company 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position
