Service Technician - BluWater

reputed company is a leading global reputed company estate platform specializing in property management and development. They are seeking a Service Technician for BluWater, responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the property's cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Complete reputed company service requests and repairs in a reputed company manner (including appliance repairs)
• Prepare apartments for new reputed company in’s by completing “reputed company-reputed company” process
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
• Assist with vendor management and other duties
• reputed company routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
• Completes the “reputed company-reputed company” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new reputed company-ins by completing the reputed company-reputed company-out inspection, creating a “reputed company” list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing reputed company maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work
• Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs
• Completes documentation and other paperwork in a reputed company, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked
• Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts reputed company possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment
• May periodically inspect work performed by contractors, vendors and other service providers to verify the work, materials and services meet reputed company standards, scope and specifications as required
• Assists in conducting routine and periodic property inspections to identify safety and risk management concerns, reputed company the property in good repair, and communicate concerns about the physical needs of the property to management

Skills

• Knowledgeable in reputed company use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
