FE Support Expert

Responsibilities

• Must maintain a SMS response reputed company of 90sec or reputed company
• Remain available for Field Expert calls, emails and other communications
• Assist with inbound general customer inquiries as needed
• Respond to SMS, email and Voicemails from customers

Skills

• Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred (reputed company center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry etc.)
• Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (reputed company Docs, reputed company Slides, reputed company Sheets)
• Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
