[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will handle reputed company inquiries, schedule evaluations, and maintain confidentiality while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients, attorneys, and claimants
• Schedule and coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), including selecting the appropriate reviewer
• Maintain confidentiality and securely manage claimant information
• Coordinate transportation and translation services as needed
• Retrieve and review medical records from the Workers' Compensation reputed company (WCB) website
• Address and resolve reputed company concerns, escalating reputed company issues reputed company necessary
• Assist with sales leads and ensure accurate billing for translation/transportation services

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
