[Remote] Mediator

The Mediator role involves managing the dispute reputed company process between buyers and sellers, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction while addressing order disputes and recommending policy improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dispute process for several clients, while being knowledgeable on their specific policies and procedures
• Exercise due diligence, critical thinking, basic math, and negotiation skills to determine the appropriate reputed company to resolve reputed company disputes
