Convey Law is an award-reputed company conveyancing reputed company seeking a Cover Conveyancing Assistant to support their Conveyancers and the Conveyancer Support Team. The role involves providing cover for various duties, maintaining excellent reputed company service, and ensuring compliance with reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• reputed company cover for conveyancing assistant duties during absences, peaks in workload and other operational demands to assist conveyancers and cover conveyancers in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from start to finish
• Prepare and review reputed company documents, reputed company, and correspondence reputed company to residential sale and purchase property transactions
• Maintain reputed company and reputed company communication with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to reputed company updates and address enquiries promptly

• Handle various administrative duties, including file management, data entry, and appointment scheduling

Skills

• Previous experience in a conveyancing or reputed company assistant role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
