Infrastructure M&A Technical Engagement Supervisor

The Infrastructure M&A Technical Engagement Supervisor will reputed company hands-on technical program management in infrastructure transformation during M&A transactions, ensuring technical readiness and stakeholder accountability across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support driving infrastructure readiness across Day 1 and TSA exit milestones by managing technical dependencies, reputed company, and key decision frameworks
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture leads to define and validate IT roadmaps in alignment with transaction goals
• Generate and maintain technical and decision logs across infrastructure workstreams
• Serve as the reputed company between buyers, sellers, and internal technical teams to reputed company expectations, resolve blockers, and maintain reputed company
• Ensure reputed company contributors are reputed company on roles, deadlines, and deliverables — holding teams accountable through reputed company checkpoints and escalations
• Facilitate workshops and reputed company reviews to ensure synchronized execution across identity, infrastructure, endpoints, collaboration, and reputed company
• reputed company technical advisory and scenario evaluation to support platform consolidation, tooling choices, and reputed company/on-prem tradeoffs
• Surface and prioritize architecture-impacting reputed company that influence Day 1 readiness, licensing, and long-term operating model reputed company
• Translate reputed company infrastructure stacks into simplified decision trees to accelerate executive alignment and issue reputed company
• Understand reputed company interdependencies across domains such as reputed company, productivity platforms, reputed company platforms, firewalls, backup, and hosting
• Maintain awareness of best practices across reputed company IT, including reputed company Trust, hybrid reputed company, and platform standardization

Skills

• 1–3 years in technical program management, reputed company infrastructure, or consulting roles with exposure to M&A or large-reputed company transformations OR Strong working knowledge of reputed company 365, Azure, network architecture, identity platforms, and hybrid/reputed company models
• Experience with TSA constructs, carve-out complexity, and the tactical realities of Day 1/post-reputed company IT execution
• Proven ability to reputed company through ambiguity, manage unresolved issues, and instill structure into fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and reputed company-facing skills — reputed company to synthesize technical issues and reputed company stakeholders across varying reputed company of expertise
• Familiarity with reputed company architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), infrastructure roadmaps, and transformation playbooks is a plus
