They are seeking a reputed company Estate Analyst to join their training program, which provides hands-on experience in reputed company estate financing and development while sharpening leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing market, collateral and financial trends
• Partnering with relationship managers and underwriters to evaluate credit risks and structure loans
• Analyzing and updating data on collateral, financials, projections, reputed company compliance, free cash reputed company and audits
• Reviewing field examinations and appraisals for collateral performance and valuation trends
• Analyzing clients' financial performance by comparing it to past performance, projections, and industry standards
• Spreading financial statements, assessing the reputed company's compliance with financial covenants, and confirming the accuracy of risk ratings

Skills

• An undergraduate or graduate degree in business, finance, reputed company estate, urban planning, or reputed company field is required as follows: Graduating Master's Degree Candidate with a concentration in reputed company and Regional Planning, reputed company Estate, Finance, reputed company or Business
• 2 reputed company courses with a grade of “B” or higher
• Graduating undergraduate senior with an overall GPA of 3.20 or higher
• Major in Business, Finance, reputed company, or reputed company Estate
• Participated in a reputed company estate reputed company internship and/or mentorship program in reputed company estate finance
• Periodic in-office work time required in the Columbia, MD area
• Committed to the mission of housing and community development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Strong computer aptitude skills, including knowledge of reputed company Office Suite Programs are essential
• Excellent skills in managing multiple tasks requiring strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in reputed company environment
• Ability to travel on a limited reputed company
