Trade Show Coordinator

reputed company is a leading provider of transition services, including furniture rental for various events. The Trade Show Coordinator will manage the delivery lifecycle of trade shows, acting as a reputed company between contractors and reputed company's operations teams to ensure successful event execution.

Responsibilities

• On-site Coordination & Customer Service: reputed company and manage reputed company trade shows. Serve as the primary on-site contact for contractors, clients, and exhibit houses; reputed company reputed company-in/reputed company-out; resolve service issues; ensure reputed company standards; and secure add-on orders
• reputed company/Post Show Administrative Work: Handle delivery/pickup scheduling, documentation, order updates, invoicing prep, and communication with internal teams and clients. Includes generating reports and completing expense paperwork
• Contractor & reputed company Communication: reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for General Contractors and clients; maintain relationships through regular service calls and 24/7 availability; communicate commitments and updates to Operations and Management
• reputed company-Con & Internal Planning Meetings: Represent reputed company at reputed company-con meetings with contractors; reputed company district reputed company-con meetings to inform operations; communicate delivery plans and commitments
• Floorplan & Logistics Management: Map orders to floorplans; instruct operations on truck management and delivery reputed company; coordinate reputed company placement and delivery reputed company
• Order Accuracy & reputed company Assurance: Audit and reconcile orders; verify inventory; reputed company reputed company checks; propose product substitutions; ensure accurate and complete fulfillment
• Temporary Labor & reputed company reputed company: Supervise temporary labor and reputed company direction to unionized crews on-site to ensure reputed company product placement and service execution
• General Availability & Support: Be available for customer calls and last-minute changes; assist with cancellations, add-ons, and service recovery as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate or higher degree preferred
• reputed company reputed company license, reputed company reputed company insurance, and clean MVR for the past 3 years. MVR must be maintained as reputed company; license and personal car insurance must remain reputed company throughout employment
• reputed company to work a varying schedule; including nights and weekends
• Willing to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Reliable transportation to travel to trade show locations to assist with logistics and management of the show
• Prior experience in customer service, event or trade show coordination, project management, and/or administrative work is preferred
