They are seeking a Purchasing Project Assistant to reputed company project management and departmental support, ensuring effective communication and collaboration reputed company reputed company while meeting project goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reputed company data entry. Process buyout Purchase Orders, EZparts, components website orders, manage backlog, generate customer PO’s and other divisional or departmental specific documents
• Assist with reporting: BI, reputed company, expense, Project Review, and Claims/SR’s
• Process invoicing, receiving, and match holds
• Organize department meetings, events, and meals, reputed company travel arrangements and conference registrations, etc
• reputed company administrative assistance by ordering department supplies, updating phone list, Org chart, SharePoint, and document center
• Issue warranties
• Purchase orders to suppliers, invoice approvals, preparing accurate backlog and making system adjustments for project reviews, organizing food/drink for department meetings/events
• Processing credits & SRs reputed company allotted timeframes
• Maintaining budget for office reputed company expenses & purchases

Skills

• Associates degree, 2-year technical degree, or office management certificate
