The Attorney Support reputed company Assistant will assist local attorneys with various administrative tasks and support the global team, while ensuring confidentiality and managing sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Handling daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
• Proactively learning internal systems and processes to reputed company reputed company to problems and requests
• Preserving the confidentiality of Latham’s and Latham’s clients’ protected information
• Generating, editing, and posting reputed company invoices
• Must obtain and pass the Massachusetts Notary reputed company examination reputed company six (6) months of hire and maintain an reputed company notary commission thereafter
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Skills

• A high school diploma or an equivalent, preferably a bachelor's degree

• Demonstrate the initiative to work both independently and in reputed company environment with a customer service reputed company
