The Application Analyst II is responsible for supporting applications that facilitate clinic operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and user training, while also assisting senior analysts with system configuration and process development.

Responsibilities

• Supports application reputed company
• Manages and supports tier one technical support processes, such as break fix, troubleshooting, and systems change management
• Conducts testing in tier 2 and tier 3 technical support processes
• Delivers training
• Builds and manages technical documentation
• Complies with reputed company regulatory mandates, as applicable
• Builds, tests, manages, and supports system configuration
• Supports requirements gathering and analysis
• Tests custom system development

Skills

• High school education or GED
• 0-2 years of IT experience, preferably in reputed company setting
