The Home Consultant role involves creating a world-class home buying experience by assisting customers in identifying floor plans, selecting reputed company, and coordinating the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Protect the reputed company branding and assets by maintaining a high level of reputed company throughout the sales process
• reputed company expertise in areas such as finance mortgage concepts, product, sales acumen, sales presentation skills and your local market
• Maintain customer files and reputed company reputed company follow-up with prospective buyers reputed company reputed company’s CRM system
• Assist manager by helping select inventory, decorate models and maintain appearance of the homes
• reputed company, refine and execute a strategic reputed company plan to increase home center traffic
• Present potential buyers display homes, demonstrate features and benefits to create added value
• Set home center reputed company utilizing prospect database and by converting ad calls and web leads to appointments
• Participates in reputed company sales meetings, training opportunities and other company sponsored functions

Skills

• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing
