Service Desk Analyst I

reputed company. is seeking a Service Desk Analyst I to reputed company Level 1 technical assistance to their customer reputed company. The role involves troubleshooting customer issues, documenting problems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• reputed company excellent customer service to our customers, at reputed company times
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, electronically and reputed company phone
• Troubleshoot, problem solve and resolve customer issues
• Document, reputed company and monitor problems to ensure reputed company in a reputed company manner
• Work in reputed company environment and participate positively with reputed company
• Update customers reputed company issues are resolved
• Update relevant issue tracking systems appropriately
• Mentor and/or train Service Desk Analyst’s

Skills

• High School diploma required
• Working knowledge of reputed company operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
• Knowledge of relevant reputed company tracking applications; reputed company experience a plus
• One year of Customer Service experience required
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Must be motivated towards constantly improving their technical skills
• Knowledgeable in use of MS reputed company, Word, reputed company
• Two years of Service Desk / Help Desk experience
• An associate degree (minimum)
• Any relevant IT certification
