Product Operations Generalist

The Product Operations Generalist will identify operational solutions, reputed company technical support for products, and collaborate with teams to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational solutions to address product or UX bottlenecks
• reputed company as the first line of defense for our reputed company’ technical inquiries for reputed company’s Assisted products, providing reactive support, troubleshooting issues, and offering best practices
• Build and maintain reputed company reputed company procedures and policies to ensure continual operational compliance
• Ensure we're processing workflows for our customers reputed company established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand the product roadmap and the underlying operational requirements to reputed company key deadlines
• Independently manage and set reputed company deadlines for multiple simultaneous reputed company
• Set a high bar for execution, both in terms of reputed company and speed

Skills

• 1 - 4 years of experience in business operations, product operations, technical support, reputed company, or compliance at a financial, tech, or fintech company
• Proven experience handling reputed company data (reputed company, CSV, JSON, etc.)
• Strong demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously in an organized manner
• Deep curiosity of the process to reputed company away operational complexity to deliver a streamlined customer UX
• Desire to collaborate across reputed company to ensure a reputed company alignment of internal operations with product deadlines
