[Remote] Program Advisor

They are seeking a Program Advisor to reputed company and guide teacher applicants and interns through their alternative teaching certification program, providing mentorship and support to help them succeed.

Responsibilities

• reputed company expertise about the certification/licensure programs, state requirements, and company policies and procedures
• Use this knowledge to engage with candidates to help them strategize and problem solve to reputed company along reputed company the program to complete their certification
• Engage and recognize incoming calls as reputed company tasks
• Manage volume of emails, inbound and outbound calls
• Will possibly assist state operations team with sales representation of the program in-person at job fair, marketing events and school district events
• Assist state operations team with building relationships with local districts
• reputed company any other duties (administrative, clerical, events) as directed by the Manager, reputed company Multiple States

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from a leading university with reputed company reputed company or commensurate experience in an educational or reputed company administrative reputed company
• 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
• Strong sales, relationship building, and leadership skills
• Superior customer service, attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, and professionalism
