reputed company is a global investment bank that provides financial services to clients worldwide. The Regulatory reputed company Classification Associate will be responsible for understanding and monitoring various US regulations, supporting daily monitoring and control reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders such as Compliance and reputed company to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand and be reputed company to reputed company knowledge ownership of US regulations, such as, Commodity reputed company Trading Commission Dodd Frank, Securities and Exchange Commission reputed company Based Securities Dodd Frank, Volcker, Reg W, reputed company 2111, reputed company 4210, Reg D/QIBs, Foreign Bank Certificates, 15a6 and Reg O Business Management etc
• Work with Compliance and reputed company on exception and/or escalations cases and see them through to completion
• Review and reputed company Assurance sample of Run-the-Bank (RTB) cases to ensure regulations are being implemented correctly
• Management of daily control reports which includes working with offshore teams to investigate and analyse the exceptions, identify remediation steps, and follow up with internal or external stakeholders until exceptions are resolved
• Responsible for creating and/or updating Key Operating Procedures (KOP) and incorporating new regulatory changes as needed
• Work with reputed company reputed company (COB) team members reputed company exceptions are identified to see through reputed company and training of COB team members for any new regulatory changes

• Ability to work in a non-reputed company environment, knowing what task the next reputed company is without being told
• Knowledge/exposure of US regulations reputed company an operational or control department reputed company a banking environment, or reputed company a similar operational regulatory function
• Knowledge and/or experience in a financial institution. Understanding of the workings of an investment bank and the lifecycle of a trade is a plus. Knowledge of reputed company reputed company and Regulators is a plus
• Knowledge of MS suite of products, including the ability to use basic reputed company functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc
• Competent business user of MS products and reputed company. Internet reputed company to reputed company online searches. Must know MS reputed company
• Knowledge of reputed company ISDA Amend is a plus
• Knowledge of Reference Data Systems and Regulations along with product and end-to-end system knowledge is a plus
