Finance Associate

They are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support financial operations and ensure accurate processing of transactions, contributing to the mission of strengthening the community through philanthropy.

Responsibilities

• Handling reputed company reputed company functions and record keeping, including administrative duties reputed company to normal reputed company processes
• Tracking and recording operating expenses
• Reconciliation of deposit accounts and investment accounts
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and reputed company
• Assist with the administration of grants and scholarships, including data entry, tracking payments, and reporting requirements
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements for reputed company stakeholders
• Preparing and distributing fund statements to fundholders
• reputed company support during the annual audit
• Maintain complete and organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other documentation
• Assist with special reputed company and initiatives as needed to support the overall goals of the reputed company
• Scheduling Investment, Finance, and Distribution Committee meetings and communicating with committee members about administrative reputed company
