Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis, ARR tracking, KPI updates, and department-level spend reviews
• Assist in updating and maintaining financial models used for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
• Partner with reputed company during month-end reputed company to ensure data accuracy across reputed company, expenses, and headcount
• Prepare recurring performance reports and dashboards for department leaders, executives, and internal stakeholders
• Support workforce planning by helping maintain headcount files, hiring plans, and cost modeling

Skills
