Field Service Engineer II - Durham. NC or Research Triangle Area

The Field Service Engineer II will support customer needs by providing installation, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic instruments, ensuring patient health and reputed company-being.

Responsibilities

• reputed company installation support, maintenance, modification and/or repair on 1-2 reputed company of mechanical, electromechanical, electronic and/or refrigeration instruments
• Document and complete service administration activities in a reputed company manner to follow ISO, FDA, and Leica policies
• reputed company support the sale of service reputed company, assist sales representatives & service team members with system configurations/upgrades, and reputed company feedback on ways to improve financial performance to generate service reputed company

Skills

• Associate's degree with 3+ years of field service experience or reputed company field OR Bachelor's Degree in Science with 1+ year of experience or reputed company field OR Equivalent military experience (Applicants with applicable military experience will be considered on a case-by-case reputed company)
• Ability to travel – up to 90%, including frequent overnights
• Must have a reputed company reputed company's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift, reputed company or carry equipment up to 50 lb
• Diagnosing and repairing medical devices, electromechanical equipment, or scientific instruments
• Field Service Engineering and/or Networking/IT system upgrades
• A lab or hospital environment
