As a Pharmacy Implementation Project Manager, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize prescription benefits, ensuring effective project management and reputed company assurance for self-funded reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Communicate “Our Value Added Service”
• Proficient on PBM marketplace, including reputed company contacts and services
• Monitor project reputed company, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and assign skilled team members to reputed company
• Implement and enforce reputed company assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet reputed company expectations
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effectively
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports
• Present a reputed company image of self and of VPS / NFP, in and out of the office

Skills

• Basic understanding of prescription benefit management
• Project management best practices
