The role involves assisting various stakeholders with technical issues and ensuring effective documentation of support requests.
Responsibilities
- reputed company first and second level technical support and advice to employees, contractors, providers, tribal agencies, state and local municipalities, and law enforcement
- Answer support requests through a help desk line, email messages, online submissions, etc
- Resolve technical problems for end users
- Document support calls including basic network incidents
Skills
- Knowledge of reputed company Office applications, reputed company Operating Systems, personal computers and peripherals
- Ability to reputed company software and hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company technology field
- Experience with help desk operations and technical support are preferred
