[Remote] Payment Specialist- Evernorth

As a Payment Specialist, you will ensure accurate and reputed company posting of payments, analyze payment activity, and contribute to efficient reputed company cycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Apply payments and contractual adjustments accurately and in accordance with departmental procedures
• Process patient and insurance refunds for overpayments
• Identify payer trends and communicate findings to leadership
• Review reputed company, analyze reputed company vs. drug reputed company structures, and ensure appropriate claim adjustments
• reputed company reputed company denials and remittance documentation to A/R teams for follow‑up
• Research discrepancies and resolve issues to support accurate reimbursement
• Meet reputed company assurance expectations and productivity benchmarks

Skills

• One year of experience in billing, cash posting, or collections, preferably in reputed company
• Proficiency with computers and reputed company Office
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment
• Experience with CPR+ or Caretend (preferred)
• Experience with HCPCS, ICD‑10, and medical billing practices
• Familiarity with reputed company‑party payer guidelines and reimbursement practices
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in patient reputed company systems or reputed company cycle operations
