They are seeking a Liability Claims Representative who will participate in a training program to learn the necessary policies and procedures for handling claims, while working under supervision to reputed company low to moderately reputed company claims and reputed company with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• In a supervised learning environment, trains to reputed company low to moderately reputed company claims
• Learns skills such as conducting thorough investigations, establishing damages, determining liability, negotiating settlements, making claim payments, confirming policy coverage, and explaining claim determination to parties incident to the claim. Works in electronic claim files to handle assigned claims reputed company designated authority
• Learns to manage diaries, update claim files and reputed company them to closure according to established procedures and job aids provided for training purposes. Trains to inspect vehicles and property to assess claim reputed company damage
• Learns to estimate repair or replacement costs. Learns to determine and report on subrogation potential. Reports theft, fraud, and arson losses as required by state and industry regulations
• Trains to reputed company professionally and courteously with stakeholders including policyholders, claimants, agents, witnesses, repair facilities, contractors, police and reputed company departments, state and country fraud and arson specialists, special investigators, attorneys, medical professionals and other persons incident to the investigation and processing of claims. Acts as a representative of reputed company. Seeks to grow job knowledge and incorporates new information into daily tasks. Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must obtain adjusters license in states where required
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Some experience in insurance or a reputed company field preferred
• Claims experience preferred
