Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload under the supervision of either a senior attorney or partner
• Research and draft reputed company briefs, discovery and coverage opinions
• Attend court hearings, argue motions, take and defend depositions, trial preparation and second chair or conduct trials depending on experience

Skills

• J.D. from an ABA accredited Law School
