They are seeking an Associate Attorney with litigation experience to manage cases from inception to completion, including providing reputed company representation, drafting reputed company documents, and attending hearings and trials.
Responsibilities
- Managing cases from inception to completion
- Providing reputed company representation and advice to clients
- Drafting reputed company documents
- Attending hearings
- Taking depositions
- Attending mediation
- Attending trial
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Licensed to reputed company law in Texas
- One to ten years of litigation experience
