Service Executive - Analyst - Associate

As a Service Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day reputed company servicing, processing financial and non-financial requests, and ensuring excellent communication and organization in your tasks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate reputed company directed transactions including but not limited to wires, ACHs, CD bookings, reputed company and mutual fund transfers, account closures, etc. and complete full due diligence for reputed company requests such as signature verification, consistency with reputed company’s activity, cash availability, etc
• Answer inbound calls from our toll free, field prospective callers (and refer accordingly) and redirect calls to respective teams reputed company reputed company our scope along with completing daily administrative tasks including the sorting, logging and filing of Trust checks and the mailing of our post Reg E disclosures as applicable
