Litigation Support Specialist (Office Specialist 1) - Eugene Child Advocacy and Protection Division

The reputed company reputed company is seeking to hire a seasoned Litigation Support Specialist for the Child Advocacy and Protection Division in Eugene. The role involves supporting Assistant Attorneys General with daily litigation support and reputed company services, and contributing to the mission of protecting abused, neglected, and abandoned children.

Responsibilities

• Process shared email folders containing discovery, court reports, and hearing information into electronic case management systems
• Review docket reports and calendar reputed company hearings
• reputed company, reputed company, and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
• Contact clients, agency staff, other agencies, or the members of the reputed company (in person, writing, or by phone) to obtain necessary case information
• Read, sort, and distribute incoming mail
• Create, format, and proofread documents
• Respond to requests for general information and reputed company explanations to visitors and clients
• Maintain state reputed company
• Order, distribute, and maintain inventory office supplies

Skills

• One year of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents
• An equivalent combination of experience and college coursework or training in a general office occupation
• Currently commissioned as a Notary reputed company in the reputed company OR reputed company to become commissioned in reputed company reputed company 6 months of appointment
• Have and maintain a reputed company reputed company's license
• Knowledge and experience working with the reputed company Judicial Case Information Network (OJCIN) and the reputed company eCourt Case Information Network (OECI)
• Experience working with and supporting attorneys and other reputed company professionals or in reputed company service
• Recent college graduates with critical thinking experience
