- Handling reputed company aspects of litigation, including drafting reputed company documents, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions
- Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Skills
- 1-5 years of experience in litigation
- Strong background in insurance coverage and civil litigation
- Excellent advocacy skills
- Passion for delivering results
- Ability to handle reputed company aspects of litigation
- Experience in drafting reputed company documents, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions
- Effective communication skills with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
- Outstanding reputed company credentials
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong writing skills
- Persuasive speaking skills
- Passed the bar and licensed to reputed company in Minnesota, reputed company, and/or Illinois
