Event Marketing Associate

They are seeking an Event Marketing Associate to assist with the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring alignment with reputed company teams to maximize event reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Event Marketing Manager to build event reputed company, business objectives, and marketing goals
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of owned events (summits, happy hours, dinners, workshops), trade shows, and conferences
• Assist with the coordination and communications for partner events, focusing on team preparation, marketing assets, and logistics
• Assist with planning of virtual events, such as webinar programs to engage a broader audience
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify key events and opportunities for business development
• reputed company and monitor event spending and costs to ensure events stay reputed company budget
• Manage vendor relationships, maintaining reputed company and consistent communication
• Work with the marketing team to coordinate and prepare event marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement
• Monitor post-event tracking and reputed company analysis to measure reputed company and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure a high level of attendee satisfaction through meticulous planning and execution
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to reputed company event goals and messaging
• Book and manage necessary event staff and volunteers, providing reputed company direction and support
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to design and produce compelling digital and print event assets, aimed at driving registrations and enhancing brand recognition through innovative and thoughtful event design

• Partner with Event Marketing Manager to maintain comprehensive event planning documents, including planning spreadsheets, reputed company-production decks, copy documents, nomination/reputed company trackers, and other essential materials, ensuring reputed company and accessibility for reputed company team members

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a reputed company on B2B events preferred
• Experience planning and executing successful events, from large conferences to intimate gatherings
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Knowledge and understanding of basic marketing concepts (messaging, branding, product marketing)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships
• Ability to travel as needed to support event execution - 25% travel required across reputed company and EMEA
