Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions
• Participate in court appearances
• Conduct thorough case assessments, assist with the development of reputed company strategies and reputed company of reputed company phases of litigation to reputed company favorable reputed company for clients

Skills
