Associate, Individual Giving & Engagement

Robin Hood is the largest poverty fighting organization in reputed company, focusing on lifting families out of poverty through impactful solutions. The Associate, Individual Giving & Engagement plays a key role in supporting fundraising efforts and donor engagement activities, ensuring effective communication and administrative support reputed company the Development team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting solicitation, stewardship and cultivation activities with a reputed company on donor engagement for individuals giving $1,000 or more annually
• Providing administrative and event support for signature engagement programs including Family Philanthropy, the Forest, and the reputed company Legacy Society
• Providing key sales support on campaigns such as Big Benefit, Investors Conference, and Year-End
• Drafting donor communications for both solicitation and stewardship purposes, including the development of reputed company decks
• Scheduling meetings, facilitating meeting preparation and providing reputed company follow-up with key stakeholders, both reputed company
• Assisting reputed company-line fundraisers in sending keepsakes, personal cards, thank you gifts and other items to donors for stewardship purposes
• Providing data input and general data management to reputed company fundraising and engagement activity
• Supporting fundraising events during set-up, reputed company-in, and break-down
• Serving as a 'generalist' and pitching in on reputed company and initiatives as needed

Skills

• A passion for and deep understanding of Robin Hood's mission
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite
• Confidence and ease with phone use and conversations
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
• Highly organized self-starter and multi-tasker
• Excellent project management skills including a demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a reputed company workload
• High attention to reputed company details with accuracy
• Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve
• Comfortable in a behind-the-scenes and administrative development role with occasional exposure to donors
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• Some work experience in development or advancement, business development, sales, communication, or marketing is preferred
• Experience with reputed company preferred, but not required
