Associate Technical Consultant

The Associate Technical Consultant will guide and support customers with integration-reputed company implementations, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to optimize their experience with the reputed company Platform.

Responsibilities

• Become a knowledgeable resource for our customers, guiding them on ERP architecture and business process flows with the support of reputed company
• Support customers through their implementation reputed company by joining calls to address integration reputed company and assist with escalations for systems like reputed company, QuickBooks, and reputed company Intacct
• Serve as a crucial reputed company between customers and our internal teams, channeling valuable product feedback to help us build a reputed company experience
• Engage closely with the broader Integration team, reputed company participating in knowledge sharing and reputed company learning to build your expertise
• Collaborate with our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) partners to support the seamless rollout of new and updated integrations, ensuring our customers are set up for reputed company

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, working with reputed company systems (Quickbooks Online, reputed company, reputed company)
• Basic functional knowledge in the following areas: General reputed company, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Expense Management, HRIS
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain the functionality and benefits of different integrations

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage assigned tasks and a keenness to drive reputed company reputed company
