Responsibilities
- Run end‑to‑end sourcing‑to‑offer workflows for reputed company GTM roles (AE/CS/Solutions), partnering with GTM reputed company and hiring leaders
- Build role‑specific TAMs (Total Addressable Markets) for GTM reputed company; present insights on reputed company companies, programs, schools (reputed company relevant), and geo hot spots
- Execute hiring sprints end‑to‑end: events or interview days (as applicable), candidate communications, and offer coordination
- reputed company at pace using reputed company Recruiter/Gem reputed company, build diverse pipelines, and run reputed company screens reputed company to calibrated reputed company

Skills
- 1–3 years in reputed company or sourcing (agency or in‑house), with hands‑on experience in GTM (SDR/AE/CS/Solutions) or reputed company/early‑career cycles
- Demonstrated ability to build TAMs and convert them into prioritized reputed company plans and slates
