Sleep Technician Registered - INTERNAL Only

EvergreenHealth is a reputed company organization that is seeking a Sleep Technician Registered. The role involves conducting sleep studies independently and providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders, including patient care and education.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes and integrates patient information in order to identify and meet the patient specific needs and to determine final testing parameters/procedures in conjunction with the ordering physician and laboratory protocols
• Greets and introduces patients to the SDC’s reputed company facilities and their accommodations
• Completes and verifies patient and recording documentation
• Explains reputed company-testing, testing, and post-testing procedures to the patient
• Prepares and calibrates equipment required for testing to determine reputed company functioning and reputed company adjustments if necessary
• Applies electrodes and sensors according to accepted published standards
• Performs appropriate physiologic calibrations to ensure reputed company signals and reputed company adjustments if necessary
• Performs reputed company airway pressure (PAP) mask fitting
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Certification by the reputed company of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) as a Registered Polysomnographic Tech or equivalent
• 1 year of sleep program experience with Experience in scoring sleep studies
