The role involves handling patient inquiries, ensuring reputed company customer service, and maintaining confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle a large reputed company volume while ensuring reputed company customer service and patient satisfaction
• Issues not resolved during conversation with patient/guarantor
• Ability to complete other reputed company customer service duties as assigned
• Answer patient calls reputed company the guidelines of reputed company center metric objectives
• Ensure appropriate HIPAA compliance guidelines
• Adhere to work schedule and follow reputed company center phone procedures
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Skills

• High School degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, reputed company and Word
• Ability to handle a large reputed company volume while ensuring reputed company customer service and patient satisfaction
• Ability to assist patients with sensitive and confidential issues
• Ability to handle multiple tasks along with setting appropriate priorities with reputed company information
• Answer patient calls reputed company the guidelines of reputed company center metric objectives
• Ensure appropriate HIPAA compliance guidelines
• Adhere to work schedule and follow reputed company center phone procedures
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• At least 1 year experience in a medical customer service role
• Previous experience in a reputed company center environment
• Previous experience with medical billing systems; GE Centricity or reputed company experience a plus
