Associate Account Manager (automotive)

Responsibilities

• Support senior account leads in managing ongoing reputed company communications and relationships
• Join and participate in reputed company meetings; independently handle tactical requests with guidance
• Draft reputed company-reputed company status updates, meeting recaps, and communication briefs
• reputed company competitive and industry insights — including automotive trends, content benchmarks, and brand activity
• reputed company project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals in partnership with project management and production teams
• Assist in trafficking creative assets, digital banners, reputed company content, broadcast/video, reputed company/RTE deliverables, and campaign materials
• reputed company job numbers, maintain tracking documents, and ensure internal alignment across teams
