Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone to assist with their insurance choices, using a well-defined script
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a busy call center environment
- Address and resolve customer objections effectively
- Regular use of database, dialing, and email software
- Deliver clear verbal and written communication
- Be open to other tasks as needed
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Eager to learn and adapt
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment
- The ability to type 45 wpm
- Proficient computer skills
