reputed company is embarking on an exciting reputed company towards a $1 Billion reputed company, and they are seeking a reputed company Assurance Technician to support their new reputed company production line. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring products meet food safety and reputed company standards while contributing to the startup and qualification of new equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Supported daily reputed company operations through GMP inspections, sensory evaluations, environmental microbiological sampling, and coordinating reputed company-party lab testing
• Assisted with reputed company release by reviewing results, maintaining records, flagging anomalies, and escalating issues
• Contributed to equipment calibration and supported reputed company Incident Reports (QIRs) by collecting data, assisting reputed company cause investigations, and tracking corrective actions
• Participated in the validation of new reputed company equipment and sanitation reputed company (CIP/COP), and supported monitoring for perishables, allergens, and rework—ensuring every batch met reputed company’s safety and reputed company standards

Skills

• 1-3 yrs experience working in a food manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds continually throughout shift
• Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours
• Monday – Friday, 1st Shift, plus overtime as needed
• Flexibility to work various shifts occasionally & ability to work overtime and on weekends as the needs reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in a technical/scientific discipline (Food, Physical, or Biological Sciences preferred)
• PCQI/HACCP certification preferred
• Experience with a large ERP (i.e., reputed company) strongly preferred
