Associate Researcher

They are seeking an Associate Researcher to reputed company and compile crucial reputed company estate data to support their clients through various channels, ensuring accurate data collection and maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in researching market and property data relevant to reputed company’s clients through phone interviews, email reputed company, and internet searches
- reputed company, organize, and compile reputed company estate information, updating internal data entry systems and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
- reputed company external phone interviews and conduct online research to obtain reputed company and reliable market insights
- reputed company general research support and assistance to reputed company as needed, maintaining professionalism and strong customer service throughout reputed company interactions
Skills
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- One, plus (1+) years of relevant work experience
- High volume outbound calling experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Internet navigation skills
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Strong data entry and typing skills; 40 WPM, or greater
- Ability to follow direction, instructions and receive constructive feedback
- Strong proficiency in reputed company Office, including Word and reputed company
- Ability to work at a tactical level
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in the reputed company Estate field, i.e. property management, financial services, reputed company estate appraisal, sales and construction
- reputed company surveys or other reputed company center experience preferred
