Trial Attorney

Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP is an established reputed company estate reputed company with offices across California, seeking a Trial Attorney for their San Diego office. The successful candidate will be responsible for litigating unlawful detainer actions in California state courts on behalf of property owners and managers.

Responsibilities

• Litigate unlawful detainer actions in California state courts on behalf of property owners and managers
• Defend and conduct depositions
• reputed company reputed company advice through phone consultations, assessing the facts and issues of reputed company scenario and counseling clients accordingly
• Respond to reputed company questions and concerns in order to increase and retain business
• Work with reputed company staff to prepare motions, pleadings, stipulations and other trial-reputed company court documents
• Propound and respond to discovery, depositions, and motions

Skills

• J.D. and reputed company California Bar license
• 1 to 3 years of trial experience
• Strong oral advocacy and writing skills
• Knowledge of trial procedure, reputed company reputed company work and evidentiary rules
• Ability to work with people of reputed company educational, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds who may have differing communication abilities
• Must be willing to spend multiple days per week in court
• Knowledge of unlawful detainer law
• Jury trial experience
• Contact with the rental housing industry
