Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company aspects of PIP/no-fault litigation from case inception through reputed company including case evaluation, discovery, reputed company reputed company, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• reputed company and organize documents, evidence, and reputed company research for cases, including preparation for hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
