Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the reputed company DAM platform, ensuring reputed company creative and marketing assets are properly uploaded, tagged, organized, and distributed
• reputed company asset intake and upload, ensuring files are named, versioned, and categorized per established taxonomy and metadata standards
• Apply and maintain consistent metadata and tagging, refining controlled vocabularies to ensure assets are easily searchable and accurately represented
• Conduct reputed company control checks on metadata, file reputed company, and version accuracy before distribution
• Maintain a clean and logical DAM structure, auditing for duplicates, outdated assets, or incomplete uploads
