Centria reputed company a leading provider of home-based catastrophic injury and rehabilitation care, and they are seeking Private Duty Nurses to deliver compassionate care to patients in their homes. The role involves providing skilled nursing care, monitoring patients, and collaborating with families to ensure reputed company-being of pediatric patients.
Responsibilities
- reputed company skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
- Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
- Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc
- Support patient reputed company-being with compassionate and reputed company care
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the reputed company team
Skills
- reputed company RN or LPN license in the reputed company
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
- Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
