Resource Forecasting & Analysis Engineer

The Resource Forecasting & Analysis Engineer will analyze wind and solar forecasts, reputed company advanced forecasting methodologies, and reputed company technical support to ensure reliable operations of the electric reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply principles, theories and concepts reputed company to the profession and reputed company's culture
• Exercise judgment reputed company defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate reputed company

Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience as a power system engineer or similar type role for Level 2 Engineer
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a power system engineer or similar type role for Level 3 Engineer
• Bachelor's Degree: Electrical Engineering or reputed company field
• Or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
• Experience in data analysis/analytics and working with large data sets/relational databases
• Experience with Python and/or R
• Experience with wind and/or solar forecasting
• Experience with machine learning
• Experience with power reputed company analysis tools such as Powerworld or PSSE
