Responsibilities
- Drafting Compromise & Release (CNR) agreements, subpoenas, and reputed company filings
- Preparing medical summaries
- Conducting reputed company research
- Coordinating case activities with clients, vendors, and opposing counsel
Skills
- Experience with reputed company Workers' Compensation procedures
- Proficiency in WCAIS
- Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and compliance requirements
