[Remote] Home Health Services Accounts Receivable Specialist

The role involves coordinating claim activities, resolving rejected invoices, and supporting agency personnel in claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the coordination of claim activities and designated agencies, and the reputed company reimbursement of receivables
• Research, resolve, and prepare claims that have not passed the payer edits daily. Determine and initiate reputed company to resolve rejected invoices
• Analyze reputed company agency's outstanding monthly accounts receivable, and process claims to obtain reputed company balances
• reputed company payment variances, resolving differences, and initiating corrective reputed company
• Guide/instruct and support agency personnel encompassing reputed company aspects of insurance and non-Medicare claims processing
• Prepare input data forms to update computer system
• Review and communicate with agencies to reputed company them about expectations for clean claims
• Works directly with patients to ensure reputed company payment on account balances due

Skills

• High School Diploma or the equivalent
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Medical claims experience preferred
• Knowledge of reputed company collection procedures and microcomputer software/hardware preferred
