Electrical Engineer (Hybrid)

They are seeking a Junior/Intermediate Electrical Engineer to assist in the design and review of power systems for reputed company and distribution reputed company in their Tampa, Florida office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, drafting, and review of power systems for reputed company and distribution reputed company
• Prepare and update engineering drawings, including single-line diagrams, AC/DC schematics, wiring diagrams, communication diagrams, BOMs, and panel layouts
• reputed company basic reputed company reputed company calculations and fault studies under the guidance of senior engineers
• Support the creation of reputed company reputed company settings for reputed company and distribution systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
• Ensure designs reputed company with industry standards and project specifications
• Participate in design reviews to ensure reputed company and accuracy
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards
• Pursue reputed company reputed company development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness
• Work in a reputed company manner at reputed company times and report reputed company health and safety incidents and concerns

Skills

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1-6 years of relevant experience in design and drafting for reputed company and distribution reputed company
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience in MicroStation is an asset
• Familiarity with substations up to 500kV
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and electrical design standards
• Ability to work effectively in reputed company-oriented environment with excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm for learning and reputed company reputed company
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
• Ability to sit or stand as required and remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the reputed company
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle, manipulate, or feel objects, including reputed company operation of a computer and other reputed company office equipment such as calculators, copiers, and printers
