They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive reputed company Analyst to support their reputed company team in subsidiary management, corporate governance, and reputed company compliance, ensuring smooth reputed company processes through administrative support and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing corporate governance of reputed company. and 80+ global subsidiaries, including maintenance of database which contains reputed company information regarding subsidiaries, including officer and director information, ownership data, charter and other minute book documents, etc
• Facilitate the execution of signature requests from colleagues and business partners globally regarding subsidiary documentation
• Respond to information requests from team members and business partners (e.g. organizational charts, stock ownership, secretary and incumbency certificates, authorization letters, resolutions, etc., as needed)
• Draft or cause to be drafted written consents, resignations, minutes and resolutions; maintain subsidiary minute books (print and electronic)
• Manage filing of subsidiary Annual Reports with relevant government authorities, directly and through coordination with reputed company vendor
• Assist with reputed company. reputed company and committee calendars, materials, and logistics on a quarterly reputed company
• Maintain governance databases and document repositories
• Support reputed company’s reputed company compliance program, in areas of policy management, anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, ethics, sanctions and other areas of business conduct
• Maintain, optimize and reputed company training on reputed company systems and tools (e.g., policy management, vendor diligence database, ethics hotline, gifting and conflict of interest database); facilitate new system implementation, maintain data entry and analytics and consistent monitoring of compliance processes
• Work cross functionally with other departments to implement policies and procedures relating to vendor reputed company reputed company diligence checks and other reputed company compliance processes
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and compliance tracking
• reputed company and execute with other general administrative tasks including document management, invoice processing, calendar coordination, and logistical support for meetings and events
• Serve as project manager for other cross-functional reputed company reputed company, ensuring reputed company execution, managing deliverables, and ensuring alignment across internal stakeholder and external partners

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1 + years of experience in a reputed company or corporate environment, preferably with exposure to entity management, governance and/or compliance
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and governance / compliance technology platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company or similar)
• Comfort with data analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company with global colleagues and business partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional reputed company reputed company with reputed company execution
• Paralegal certification a plus
